Tammy Tronoski, GPECC 2022 Vice President, is a Senior Vice President at ISG. Her focus is on program management and account development. Tammy is passionate about the insurance industry. Her innovation and tenure exemplifies her leadership and defines her as an asset to clients and coworkers. She was the former Chief Sales Officer at Social Detection, which was acquired by ISG in October of 2020.

She maintains her role with the GPECC Board (Greater Philadelphia Executive Claims Council www.gpecc.net) for the past twelve (12) years and was elected as the Vice President of the organization in December 2021. Continue Reading

Lance Morell

Lance Morell, GPECC Immediate Past President, is the Director of Risk Management at Parx Casino & Racing. In addition to his many duties at Parx, Lance is the past Chairman and current Eastern Representative for the Organization of Racing Investigators (ORI). Since 2013, he has been a council member of The Public Assembly Facility Sub-sector Council (PAFSC) which is a voluntary industry group intended to serve as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security sub-sector for stadiums, arenas, convention centers, performing arts centers, auditoriums, conference centers, movie theaters, and race tracks. Morell is also a current member of the Delaware Valley Financial Security Officers Group (DVFSOG) and in January of 2016 was appointed to the Bensalem Emergency Management Advisory Board. Jane Lamb

Jane Lamb joins the GPECC Leadership Team as Vice President. Lamb is Director of Risk Management for Philadelphia Gas Works and has long been active in the Workers’ Compensation community.  Since 2008, she has served on the Board of the Pennsylvania Self Insurers’ Association.  She speaks regularly at professional conferences, most recently presenting Employers’ Wave of the Future: Company Wellness Programs at the PSIA Annual Meeting in 2013 and Employers Unplugged: Make Those 90 Days Count at the 12th Annual Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Conference.   Additionally, she is active in the utility industry, serving as chair of the American Gas Association Risk Management Committee Annual Meeting in 2013.  In 2014, she was an instructor for a CLE and roundtable entitled “Ethics in 2014: Across the Board” for AEGIS, the premier energy industry insurance mutual.  Lamb received her J.D. from Temple University School of Law and her A.B. in History from Bryn Mawr College.

Lisa Iamonaco

Lisa Iamonaco will continue as GPECC Treasurer. Iamonaco is Claims Manager at TRISTAR Risk Management. She has 37 years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning her career at The Hartford in 1979 as a multi-line claim representative in Connecticut and then as an outside claim representative in Rhode Island handling automobile, general liability, property and workers' compensation claims.  Iamonaco joined the Philadelphia office of Home Insurance Company in 1982 as a workers' compensation claim representative handling claims in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  She became a workers' compensation supervisor in 1990 and the workers' compensation claims manager in TRISTAR Risk Management's Philadelphia office in 1995, following the sale of the Home Insurance Company.  In May 2000, Iamonaco became the Claims Manager responsible for the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh offices for casualty and workers' compensation and currently oversees offices in Cranbury, NJ and Philadelphia, PA. Iamonaco has a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Rhode Island.  She holds an insurance adjuster license in the State of Delaware for property, casualty, surety, motor vehicle and marine & transportation, as well as a company adjuster license in West Virginia.  She holds the Associate in Claims designation and the Associate in Risk Management designation.
