Lisa has 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career with The Hartford in 1979 as a multi-line claim representative in Connecticut and then as an outside claim representative for in Rhode Island handling automobile, general liability, property and workers' compensation claims. Lisa joined Home Insurance Company in 1982 in their Philadelphia office as a workers' compensation claim representative handling claims in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She became a workers' compensation supervisor in 1990 and the workers' compensation claims manager in TRISTAR Risk Management's Philadelphia office in 1995 following the sale of the Home Insurance Company. In May 2000 Lisa became the Claims Manager responsible for the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh offices for casualty and workers' compensation. Lisa oversees our Cranbury, Philadelphia and Quincy, MA offices. Lisa retired September 2021.
Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Rhode Island. Lisa holds an insurance adjuster license in the State of Delaware for property, casualty, surety, motor vehicle and marine & transportation. She holds a company adjuster license in West Virginia. She holds the Associate in Claims designation and the Associate in Risk Management designation. Lisa sits on the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Executive Claims Council.
