Tammy J. Tronoski is a Senior Vice President at ISG. Her focus is on program management and account development. Tammy is passionate about the insurance industry. Her innovation and tenure exemplifies her leadership and defines her as an asset to clients and coworkers. She was the former Chief Sales Officer at Social Detection, which was acquired by ISG in October of 2020. Her objective at Social Detection was new business acquisition and maintenance, building a Sales Team, developing a surveillance arm and oversight and restructuring of the Operations Team. Tammy spent eight years (8) as Vice President of Sales at Allegiant Managed Care. She was responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of new business, social media marketing and account management. Prior to this, Tammy worked as the Director of Marketing for InSight Investigations, Inc. of Pennsylvania; managing a Sales Team, developing services and client directives, and acquiring new business.
She maintains her role with the GPECC Board (Greater Philadelphia Executive Claims Council www.gpecc.net) for the past twelve (12) years and was elected as the Vice President of the organization in December 2021. Tammy volunteers for Kid’s Chance of Pennsylvania (www.kidschanceofpa.org) and sits on four (4) committees. She also educates elementary students on the impact of the “Virtual Footprint” on their future and was asked in January 2022 to present to Foster Care Parents on the impact of Social Media and safety measures.
Tammy is a Philadelphia native and graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a degree in Criminal Justice minoring in Gender Studies and Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School. She brings two plus decades of experience in the insurance industry; focused in workers‘ compensation, liability and client development.
